The Times and Unifo university courses

The best things about Law:

arrow "The interesting modules. Some are not so good but you do four throughout the year, you won't like them all but you will find an interest in at least 2. Law is ever changing making it fun and interesting."
Luke, at University of Sussex - Read more

arrow "The majority of the modules include a lot of debating, whether that be expressing subjective opinions on particular human rights articles or even whether you believe that a particular verdict in a case was the wrong decision."
Adam, at University of Sunderland - Read more

arrow "Accessibility to resources."
Charlotte, at University of Exeter - Read more

arrow "It's interesting and challenging."
Jane, at Edinburgh Napier University - Read more

The worst things about Law:

arrow "Lots of difficult reading."
Jane, at Edinburgh Napier University - Read more

arrow "Modules that are not as well suited as others, but compulsory anyway"
Charlotte, at University of Exeter - Read more

arrow "it is a very dry and dense course. It can be extremely boring and hard to concentrate. It allows little scope for creativity. I would advise that you should only embark on a Law degree if you are certain that you want to become a Lawyer or enter the legal profession. It is not the sort of degree one should enter if they are unsure about their career choice as you will gain very little enjoyment from the course."
Jemma, at Nottingham Trent University - Read more

arrow "The amount of pressure and competition involved in a law degree is always tough. Striving to work as hard as possible to come out on top whilst still maintaining a social life is a difficult balancing act."
Adam, at University of Sunderland - Read more

arrow "Lots of reading, I'm not the fastest reader and so often find I'm the last to complete work, however I'm getting better with every essay I write. Be prepared to work hard and read late into the night."
Luke, at University of Sussex - Read more
