The best and worst things about The University of Sheffield:
"Best is probably the student Union. Its brilliant for clubs and societies and a great place to go out! I enjoy all of the club nights (and there is also something for everyone! Not just people who enjoy dance music). Also great are the cafes and places for food, which also are good for a student budget. Most meals are £4 or less!
Worst about the university is probably the work! But we wouldn't be there without it!"

"The union nights are definately the best. I have been to soooo many night out at the union. Its a great place to meet all your friends and its very close to my accomodation last year which was Endcliffe. It is also very safe place to live. I have never felt unsafe while walking around uni to my lectures or back from a night out.
The worst thing probably would be the lack of books for my department in the library! There are over 150 people on my course so if you need a book for an essay you have to reserve them in advance. "

"The Union is the best thing. It has 2 huge bars, cafes, shops and student help services. There are also club nights there 6 nights per week and a variety of other student activities.
The worst thing is the fact that I am not there in the summer!"
