The best and worst things about University of Sunderland:
"Best thing: Cheap. Sunderland is one of the cheapest cities to live in England and also Sunderland ranks within the top 50 universities for law (according to the times) out of 100+ universities teaching the course.
Worst: Research quality. The law department does not have a lot of books available. Often if you need a specific book it has to be sent from Newcastle. "

Accommodation costs for University of Sunderland
"For my particular halls (The Forge), it costs around £56 per week which is ridiculously cheap compared to larger cities.
The most expensive accommodation is Pann's Bank which is around £80 per week roughly. But it's worth paying the extra since the rooms are larger, and it's closer to the city centre and the university."
